For Ace Pro/Ace:

Ace Pro/Ace lens guards are not removable.

If your Ace Pro/Ace Lens Guard is damaged/scratched, please send the camera back to our service center for free repair. We will provide free maintenance for damaged Lens Guards within the first year of purchase. You only have to cover shipping fee.

X5 Replacement Lens Kit

Hello, currently only X5 supports self-replacement of lenses, and this is only applicable when there are scratches caused by bumps to the lens. Additionally, we recommend that you click the following purchase link and scroll down to view the specific "How to Use" & "Notes".

Lens/Lens Guard Scratch

If only the Lens Guard is scratched, you can purchase a replacement one and install it yourself.

If the camera lens is scratched:

• For all cameras except X5: We recommend sending the camera back for inspection and repair.

*The lens is highly integrated as a single unit, and replacing individual lens elements may affect the camera's stitching and shooting performance. Therefore, if the lens is scratched or damaged, the entire lens assembly will need to be replaced.

• For X5: You may purchase and replace the lens yourself or send it back for inspection and repair.

Note: Accidental scratches or damage to the lens are not covered under the camera's warranty, and repair costs will be your responsibility. However, if you have Care service, it can be used for this purpose.

Hi, you can use ONE RS lens with ONE R Core. 

Notes for 1-Inch 360 Lens:
You can use your ONE R Core with the 1-Inch 360 Lens.
But please notes that you will also need to assemble the camera with the ONE RS Vertical Battery Base and the ONE RS Mounting Bracket, for 1-Inch 360 Lens.

Hi, you can use ONE R lens with ONE RS Core. 

You can enjoy all the benefits of the ONE RS Core, improved in-camera FlowState image stabilization, 50% faster WiFi transfers, improved audio, Instant Zoom and the Quick menu. When used with a wide-angle lens, you can also shoot 4K 60fps under FlowState mode.
