Can the camera work as a webcam?

Hi there!

X5/X4/X3/ONE X2/ONE X, Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro/Ace, GO 3S/GO 3, ONE RS/ONE R can be used as a webcam.

Compatible software: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Tencentvideo, Dingtalk, Lark, and other video conferencing platforms.

Compatible browsers: Chrome (Windows & MacOS), Internet Explorer (Windows), and Safari (MacOS).

Note:
GO 2/GO do NOT support webcam use.

How to use a camera as a webcam

For X5, X4, GO 3S, GO 3,  Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro and Ace:
Connect the camera to a computer via USB cable, and then choose "Webcam Mode".

Note: For GO 3S/GO 3, the standalone camera must be placed into the Action Pod.

For X3, ONE X2, ONE X, ONE RS, ONE R:
Swipe down on the camera screen, Tap "Settings" (gear icon) > "General"  >  "USB mode"  > "Webcam".
