How do I purchase Cloud Storage?
Hi, you can purchase Insta360+ Cloud via the official store.
Notes:
1. One Insta360+ account can pair multiple cameras, but each camera can only be paired to one Insta360+ account at a time. If you need to change the account the camera is paired with, you need to unpair it from the current account first.
2. Currently it only supports to upload footage to the cloud album using an SD card in the ONE X2/X3/X4/X5 camera. If you have downloaded the files to the App or Studio, please click "How to upload footage to Cloud?" below to learn more.
3. Currently, manual selection of footage to upload to Insta360+ is not supported.
4. Upgrading the Insta360+ plan is not possible at the moment.
Can my camera use 360+ Cloud?
Currently only ONE X2/X3/X4/X5 support direct uploading of materials to Cloud.
For Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro:
Yes, footage shoot by Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro can be upload to 360+ Cloud, but it still needs to be done through an X3/X4/X5 camera.
Insert the SD card into the X3/X4/X5, and then follow the video tutorial to upload.
For GO 3S, GO 3:
Yes, footage shoot by Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro can be upload to 360+ Cloud, but it still needs to be done through an X3/X4/X5 camera.
Use the computer or quick reader to copy the footage to the SD card of X3/X4/X5, and then follow the video tutorial to upload.
For Ace and other cameras, the footage they shoot does not support uploading to 360+ Cloud.

*The Cloud Camera Management page has been moved to "My cloud and devices".
*If you have downloaded the files to the App or Studio, you need to transfer the files back to the camera first, as cloud uploads are currently supported only from the X3/X4/X5 camera.
File Transfer Method:
- Transfer files from the App/Studio to your computer. For detailed instructions, please refer to the video tutorial.
- Connect the camera to the computer via USB cable. Then copy and paste the files from the computer to the memory card folder of the camera.
*The edited footage cannot be uploaded.

Cannot access my cloud
If you are unable to access the Cloud, please follow the following steps:
- Confirm that the account used to subscribe to the Cloud is the same as the one logged into the App/Studio.
*Method to View Account:
Open the camera, pull down the menu bar, swipe right on the screen, click on "Syncing Settings" click on the top right corner "Personal Center" icon.
2. Log out of the account on the App/Studio, and use the verified bound account log in.

If still cannot use Insta360+ on Studio after re-logging in:

Slow Uploading Speed
Hello, the uploading speed is only affected by your current network environment. The cloud service itself does not impose any limits on upload speed.
You can test your current network speed at speedtest.net. And you can also switch networks.
Switch path: Connect the camera, enter the App settings page My cloud and devices Select the device that needs to add WiFi Click on the "Settings" icon View/Add/Remove camera WiFi.

How to unbind camera?
Steps: Log in Insta360 App Me My cloud and devices the gear icon next to the camera seiral number More options Remove this camera.

Camera cannot bind Insta360+
Please follow the steps below to see if you can resolve the issue:
1. Ensure the camera firmware version supports Insta360+:
X4: v1.4.8 or above;
X3: v1.0.106 or above.
2. Make sure all relevant permissions for the Insta360 App are enabled.
3. Restart the app and the camera, then try again.

Free Cloud Storage Instructions
The activity is only applicable to users who activate the X5 camera with the Insta360 app before 00:00 (UTC+0) on July 21, 2025.
*Devices purchased through any authorized channel are eligible.
How to redeem:
1. Download and install Insta360 App version V2.0.1 or above.
2. Register and log in to your Insta360 app.
Note: When activating the cloud storage service and logging in to the App, ensure that you use the same account.
3. Activate your new X5 camera and connect to the app.
4. Ensure that the camera's firmware has been updated to the latest version.
Note: In this step, firmware upgrade is required. Please follow the prompts in the app to download and install the firmware package. Once completed, you can activate X5.
5. Follow the in-app instructions and click the "Claim" button to activate the exclusive trial.
After claiming, you will receive a free 3-month trial of Insta360+ with 200GB of storage. When the trial period ends, you will be able to obtain another free 3-month trial of Insta360+ with 200GB of storage by signing up for a paid subscription.
