Hi there!
Please click the camera models below to check how to live-streaming.
ONE RS (including 1-Inch edition), ONE R
*Notes:
1. For ONE R and ONE RS: they support live-streaming only with 360 lens.
2. For Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro/Ace, GO 3S/GO 3/GO: they do NOT support live-streaming.
3. For Network: if you need to surf the internet during live-streaming, please open the mobile data on your phone, as the phone is connecting the camera's wifi and cannot connect other wifi at the same time.
Which platforms are supported?
Currently supported live streaming platforms are: Kwai, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
At the moment, Insta360 is not compatible to be livestreamed to TikTok.
We also recommend updating the app to the latest version.
For channels that are not listed (like Instagram and Huya), you can try RTMP to live-streaming to see if it works.

How to start a live stream?
Please first connect the camera to Insta360 app on your phone. Tap the "Camera" icon to enter the shooting page, then follow the steps shown in the image below.
Cannot live broadcast on Facebook
Sorry for the inconvenience caused! Due to the expiration of the platform's SDK for Facebook live streaming, authorization for live streaming is currently not available. We will resolve it in v2.1.0, so please wait patiently for updates on the Insta360 App.
As a temporary solution, it is suggested to open Facebook's live broadcast by using rtmp streaming.
If you have a computer with you, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: You can open Facebook on the computer, click Home, and enter the live broadcast;
Step 2: You can create a live broadcast room in this interface;
Step 3: You can choose the software live broadcast, copy your live broadcast key and URL respectively, paste the key to the URL, and get a line: rtmps://live-api-s.com:443/rtmp/FB-xxxxxxxx
RTMP-URL
Step 4: You can paste the above rtmps://live-api-s.com:443/rtmp/FB-xxxxxxxx into the live push bar of the App, click start live broadcast, and you can start the Facebook live broadcast.
Can I Stream Using a Phone or Computer?
Consumer cameras (X4/X3/ONE X2/ONE X/ONE RS/ONE R) require connection to the Insta360 app on a smartphone to initiate live streaming.
Professional cameras (Pro/Pro 2/Titan) support live streaming via a computer.
If you're using an Android phone, you can connect the camera to the Insta360 app via a wired connection in Android mode and then use Wi-Fi for live streaming.
If you're using an iPhone, since the camera connection to the Insta360 app requires Wi-Fi (only supports wireless connection), you can only use cellular data for live streaming.
Note: Consumer cameras can be connected to a computer and used as webcam for online meetings
360° Live and Reframe Live: What's the difference?
360° Live: All viewers can adjust their viewing angles independently through the live streaming platform.
Reframe Live: Only the broadcaster can adjust the viewing angles through the app; viewers cannot change the viewing angles. Additionally, reframe live is conducted in 360 mode, not single-lens mode.
