Hi there!
Now X5/X4/X3/ONE X, GO 3S/GO 3/GO 2, Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro/Ace, ONE RS/ONE R support factory reset.
To reset the camera, please slide down from the top of the camera screen > Enter the menu > Tap "Settings"(gear icon) > Tap "Factroy Reset".
(Some camera, like ONE RS, "Factroy Reset" in "Settings">"General".)
For ONE X2, it does not support resetting. If there is a lag issue with ONE X2, you can try formatting the memory card.
Please be assured that resetting the camera won't delete any files in your camera.

1. Connect the camera to the Insta360 Link Controller.
2. Once the connection is successful, click on the "..." > "Settings" in the top right corner of the client.
3. On the pop-up page, click "About Us" > "Factory Reset". This will reset the camera to its factory settings.

Press and hold both the trigger button and the shutter button for 3 seconds simultaneously.

How to reset the camera/Flow name?
Sorry, changing the camera device name (i.e., the camera's Wi-Fi name, bluetooth name) is not supported at this time.
