Wifi Password

Here is a summary of the camera wifi password for your reference.

X5/X4/X3/GO 3S/GO 3/Ace Pro 2/Ace Pro/Ace: Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap "Settings" > "Wi-Fi Settings" > "Password" to check.

GO 2/ONE X2/ONE RS/ONE R:
88888888

ONE X: Press and hold the power button to power on camera. Then switch to Settings->Wi-Fi->Wi-Fi password to get Wi-Fi name and password.

Nano S: Serial number first 6 digits +  '88'

EVO: 12345678

Pro 2 / Pro / Titan: 88888888

How to reset Wi-Fi password?

Hello, currently only X5, X4, X3, Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro, Ace, GO 3S, GO 3 Wi-Fi password support to reset.

How to change WiFi password:
1. Connect the camera with Insta360 App.
2. Go to 'Settings'> 'Camera settings' in the App, find 'Set Camera WiFi Password'.

Notes:
You don't need to worry about security because the camera can only be controlled by one device at a time.
If you can't reset the password for the above supported models, please upgrade the camera firmware version and app version to the latest version.

How to change the camera name?

Sorry, changing the camera device name (i.e., the camera's Wi-Fi name) is not supported at this time.

Forget the changed Wi-Fi password

If you forget your wifi password, please reset the camera to factory settings and then enter the initial password. The initial password is shown above.

Bluetooth password (pin code)

Please note that the camera and the Insta360 app connect via WiFi, not via the phone's Bluetooth. Therefore, there is no need to enter a Bluetooth password (pin code); just make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
